This form is for international applicants to any SITCM course. Domestic applicants should apply here.

All international students need a student visa. Application for, and processing of, student visas can take up to six months. It is a student’s responsibility to ensure the visa is granted in time to commence their studies. An application fee applies for visas. For all visa inquiries and applications, students should contact their local Australian Embassy, High Commission or Diplomatic Mission.

Instructions

  1. Complete the application form below (as part of this process, you will need to upload several files). If you have any questions while completing this form, please contact the Administration Office by phoning (02) 9212 1968 or emailing administration@sitcm.edu.au.
  2. If your application is successful, you will receive an Offer of Enrolment & Acceptance Agreement letter for your nominated course. You will need to sign and return the Acceptance Agreement to us, and pay the requested tuition deposit to secure your place.
  3. Once the deposit has been received, you will receive an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) form. This eCoE is used to apply for your student visa.

*The BTCM Semester 2 Intake is only available to students who have been granted Credit for Prior Learning (CPL). Please contact the Administration Office (administration@sitcm.edu.au) to apply for CPL.

1. A copy of ALL academic qualifications (including transcripts) – unless you have completed a Bachelor degree or higher in English, in which case you only need to provide a copy of that one qualification and transcript.

2. A copy of your passport photo page.

3. Evidence of English proficiency (e.g., a high school certificate or degree delivered in English, or the result of an IELTS Academic, TOEFL iBT, PTE Academic, C1 Advanced Cambridge, C2 Proficiency Cambridge, STAT multiple choice, IB diploma, UK GCE A Levels, Singapore-Cambridge GCE A Levels, STPM, HKDSE or German Arbitur).

4. A passport-style photo of yourself so that SITCM can print your student ID card.

5. A visa letter for your current Australian visa (if applicable).
