If you are experiencing difficulty in completing your studies and reaching your academic goal, you may make an appointment to see a Support Officer during the Institute’s hours of business. Students can access a Support Officer directly or via the Administration Office and an appointment will be organised as soon as practical.

You may access the Student Support Officer to discuss any academic, attendance, or other related issues to studying at any time. The Student Support Officer will be able to provide advice and guidance, or referral, where required.
You have access to the Student Support Officer to gain advice and guidance on personal, accommodation, or family / friend issues. Where the Student Support Officer feels further support should be gained, a referral to an appropriate support service will be organised.
In times of stress or pressure you may make an appointment at any time to see the Student Support Officer for free and confidential advice regarding:

If you have questions regarding the teaching and/or assessment of the units you are studying, please contact the respective Unit Lecturers. Lecturers are available by email or during consultation times. Feedback or comments about the delivery of the unit should be directed to the Unit Coordinator.
