Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency (TEQSA)

TEQSA is Australia’s independent national regulator of the higher education sector.

The Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine is accredited with TEQSA.

Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (CMBA)

The Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine is approved by the CMBA across all three divisions (herbal processing, herbal dispensing and acupuncture). Graduates are qualified for registration.

Graduates who wish to practise as a Chinese medicine practitioner in Australia are required to register with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia. Registration also allows practitioners to use professional titles of Chinese medicine practitioner, Acupuncturist, Chinese herbal medicine practitioner, Chinese herbal dispenser and Oriental medicine practitioner in Australia.

Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS)

CRICOS is a government register that lists all Australian education providers to offer courses to people studying in Australia on student visas and the courses offered.

SITCM is registered with CRICOS to deliver Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine to international students
